TOD (Training & Organizational Development) is a section of Human Resources for Bernalillo County.

We offer training courses and consulting services to all Bernalillo County employees and are located at 415 Tijeras Avenue NW.

Courses are designed and led by the Human Resources Training team members.

At Bernalillo County, we collaborate with divisions, departments, and sections to empower employees and management who are experts in their field to create and train in courses in their field of expertise.

TOD is happy to be of service to county employees and members of the public who wish to take an active role in developing your skills and knowledge. These webpages will provide you with information on career development services, online courses, our supervisor and succession programs, our leadership program, and the Public Safety Academy, among other great programs and training offerings.

Bernalillo County employees are able to take various courses throughout the year - including communication, strategic planning, negotiations, software usage, project planning, interpersonal skills, and leadership development. This broad range of courses allows Bernalillo County employees to enhance their skill bases and grow their careers.
