The fourth annual Bosque Chile Fest was held on Saturday, Aug. 17, 2019, at the National Hispanic Cultural Center. It was a day full of music, the Ristra Race fun run, food, culture, and the all new Chicharron Challenge.

Bernalillo County Cultural Assets Mapping and Survey Study

Bernalillo County, along with Creative Albuquerque, conducted this study in 2013; results are being used to take an in-depth look at the county’s cultural resources to plan for future investment, consider public needs and desires, tourism marketing strategies and future arts and cultural programming.

Come find out at the fourth annual New Mexico Fermentation Festival slated for Saturday, October 19 from 10:00 .am. – 4:00 p.m. at the Gutierrez-Hubbell House, 6029 Isleta Blvd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105. Learn more about preserving fresh, local food at this all-day event that includes hands-on workshops, lectures, and tutorials. The Festival’s programming demonstrates how the fermentation process preserves foods and creates enzymes and probiotics that are beneficial to consumers.
