Youth Encouraged to Apply for Summer Jobs


Bernalillo County Parks & Recreation is collaborating with Rocky Mountain Youth Corps and Valle de Oro on the second of two jobs fairs for summer work, targeting youth ages 15-25, on March 9.

The fair is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 9 at Mountain View Community Center, 201 Prosperity Avenue SE.

Employers include Valle de Oro National Wildlife Refuge’s Youth Conservation Corps, the Rocky Mountain Youth Corps, and Bernalillo County.

Youth under 18 interested in applying for the Youth Conservation Corps should bring a parent or guardian.
